Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder in the second half of the 2010s. When she was born in 1984, Aleesha was born into an athlete's family. Her dad was an athlete, the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in sports such as ice hockey. Aleesha had played sports before including softball, soccer and basketball. Aleesha received her professional certificate after she won the NPC USA Championships 2014 Her first competition began in the year 2008 but has been competing since the year 2008. She competed in 2014 at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she ranked 9th. In 2015, she remained her 9th-place finish. Aleesha qualified for her first IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2015 & 2016. Her first show as a professional took place at the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. Her performance had been steadily improving and was crowned winner after winning the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best showing in WOS Rising Phoenix. WOS Rising Phoenix took place in the year 2000, where she finished the 4th place. The "World's most powerful mother" was able to take a break from bodybuilding due to issues with her health.
